How it works
How does ClosersLab IQ work?
Three steps:
- 1.Upload a recording or transcript — or import from GoTo.
- 2.The AI grades the call on the 100-point scorecard.
- 3.You get feedback and a coaching assignment.
How long does grading take?
Transcripts score in seconds; audio is transcribed first, usually under a minute.
Can I upload audio or paste a transcript?
Both. Audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG) is transcribed automatically, or paste a transcript directly.
Is there a minimum call length?
No limit on uploads. GoTo imports surface calls 15 minutes and longer.

Does it grade prequalification-only or sales-only calls fairly?
Yes. The AI detects whether a call is prequalification-only, sales-only, or full, grades only the categories that apply, and normalizes to 100 — so a discovery call isn't penalized for not closing.
Why did my score go down?
Points are deducted for mistakes that commonly lose deals (e.g. not asking for payment on a closing call). Deductions only apply to stages that are part of the call type.
Can I see why I got my score?
Yes. Every category includes written analysis citing quotes from your call, plus deductions, your biggest strength and weakness, and a coaching assignment.
Can I share a scorecard?
Yes — download it as a branded PDF or email it to the rep.
Can managers track the team?
Yes. Coach View shows each rep's average and trend so managers can compare reps and spot coaching opportunities.

Can I import calls from GoTo automatically?
Yes. Connect GoTo Connect once and import recordings directly — auto-matched to the right rep so you can grade in a click.
Does each rep connect their own GoTo?
Yes. Each user connects their own GoTo account and signs in during the connection.

Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Account → Manage Subscription. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Security & account
Are my calls private and secure?
Yes. Recordings and transcripts are processed securely, kept separate per account, and used only for your coaching — never shared.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account → Delete account permanently removes your account, calls, scorecards, reps and GoTo connection, and cancels any subscription.
